How can I book an appointment?
You can view open time slots and book an intake appointment directly through Ayanna’s profile on Headway and through the Client Portal. Please note, Ayanna has limited availability at this time. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please contact her directly via email at info@ayannalmhc.com. Give her an idea of your schedule, and she will try her best to accommodate.
Do you take insurance?
Yes! Ayanna uses two platforms - Headway & Alma - to assist in handling administrative tasks, including insurance processing, billing, and filing insurance claims. Accepted insurance plans are listed under Rates tab. Please note Ayanna is not credentialed with Medicaid / Medicare managed plans at this time
What can I expect from the intake appointment?
The intake is a fairly structured interview, where we will gather background information and discuss the reasons you are seeking therapy at this time. This helps to lay the foundation for therapy. It’s a perfect opportunity to ask questions about the process of therapy and determine a good fit.
Do you offer free consultations?
The free 15-minute consultation calls are not available at this time. If you have any specific questions before booking an intake, please contact Ayanna directly via email at info@ayannalmhc.com.
